• Must register prior to start of class.
• Deadline: No deadline, BUT Early Enrollment is Encouraged. Avoid last-minute enrollment to ensure a spot AND that we have time to procure/prepare materials for you.
• Class fee: $225. Registration in advance is required. See below.
• Materials fee:  Varies by class. $10/15 – $25/30 (depending on materials). Specific information furnished by email following registration.  Fee payable at first class session

From I-5, take the Carlsbad Village Drive Exit.  Go west to Washington street (immediately past RR tracks) and turn left.  Go one block to Oak Av; turn right.  Make a quick right into the parking lot at 390 Oak Ave.  We are on the first floor in the middle of the business suite complex, Suite H, c/o CSL Carlsbad Center for Spiritual Living. Parking: Free in dedicated lot, on street, or in public lot across street.

Make-up/Cancellation Policy

Group Classes

With the teacher’s approval, missed classes may be made up by attending a different class session during the same class series (i.e., spring session, fall session).  A student may also attend a class (in real time) in which s/he is enrolled via computer using the online programs Skype, Google Chat or similar.  The student must inform teacher prior to the class (the day before is preferable, though less advance notice may be permissible, pending availability of necessary equipment at class location) if s/he chooses to attend remotely by computer. Students are responsible for their own computer equipment and installation and application of above-mentioned programs.  Teacher will offer advice as able.  No guarantees are made as to quality of the internet connection, reception, third-party programs, etc. of a class attended online in real-time, in this manner.

If you have registered for a class that you find you cannot attend, contact Italiano With Jodina (IWJ) at least three (3) business days prior to class start date. A refund in the form of a credit voucher will be issued, minus a $10 handling fee, to apply toward future class enrollments. A credit voucher for a cancelled class enrollment may be applied to a class or to a prepaid package of private lessons. Once a class starts, there will be no refunds/credit issued for any reason, even if you have not attended. A $25 service charge applies for any returned checks.

If IWJ must cancel a class or program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a complete refund or credit toward a future class.
