Our students, staff, and parents make our school special. We see joyful and peaceful children excited about pursuing their interests and passions. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and respectful. Students and staff like and respect each other. Our students learn by doing and work at their own pace. Students at every level experience an individualized and authentic Montessori curriculum. Together with parents, we work to create a vibrant and intercultural community. We openly demonstrate welcoming Christian values while embracing and respecting our diverse population. GLTW is a school where academics, arts, and spirituality are explored, nurtured, and cultivated. Students become inquisitive, innovative, and self-directed learners, well-prepared for life’s next challenge and opportunity.
Our staff at GLTW likes and respects children and firmly believes in their innate ability to learn. They are committed to delivering authentic Montessori methods and curriculum at every level of our school. Our teachers have a profound respect for each child individualizing instruction and addressing each child’s unique learning style. They challenge each child 1:1 and in small groups to learn at their own pace and in their own way. Our lead staff is certified and experienced in Montessori instruction. Students have the unique opportunity for experiential and real world learning. Teachers are inspired to help students to go beyond grade level and preparing them for their next academic adventure and for life.
