American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider

Heartsaver CPR – The Heartsaver CPR Course teaches rescuers to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes until emergency medical services personnel arrive. Students will learn single-rescuer and team basic life support for adults, children and infants through 5 interactive exercises, scenarios and a written test. Students learn how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilation and provide early use of an AED. Course also teaches relief of choking. The course provides a complete health and safety training solution  adult CPR, and AED for the heath care provider. Certification cards are issued at completion of course. Includes Book Certification is valid for 2 years and .6 ACE Cec’s Meets Federal, State, OSHA, Hospital, Insurance and Government Requirements.
